In 1989 our company built a computer software program that captured and retained actual shop invoices. This basic information was built into our system over the next five years.
In March 1994 we released the Real-Time Labor Guide ® nationally . At that time we started our "Accuracy Bounty Program", this program provides an incentive to any shop who helps us make the system more accurate or complete. (A seven dollar credit is issued for each correction request a customer submits.) Thousands of shops have participated in this program, and it is still in effect today.
With so many shops using our labor guide, we have at our disposal, experts in all fields of repair. The pooled knowledge of this group is more than impressive, it's staggering. Together, we know everything. In every case, if called upon, they will share their knowledge and expertise with us, and everyone benefits.
We inspect the new cars each year. A selected team of "Automotive Experts" in the Tampa Bay area evaluates each new model and arrives at our base time for each job. In the last couple of years we have begun taking photos of each vehicle from various angles to add to our information base and assist us in providing you with the most accurate labor times available.
