Setting up your Real-Time Labor Guide
This short video will show you how to customize your Real-Time Labor Guide to reflect your business. Edit things such as the name of the shop, your tax rate, your labor rate, etc.
Selecting the customer's vehicle
Once you have customized your Real-Time Labor Guide, you may now select the vehicle that you will be repairing. Each choice (year, make and model) is a simple click with your mouse.
Selecting the auto repair
Once the customer's vehicle has been selected, you must begin building the ticket. Our software keeps it simple by breaking out auto repairs into several easy to navigate menus.
Adding parts & finishing the ticket
Once you have selected the customer's vehicle and the repair, you may add parts (if needed) and finish the ticket.
Adding customer information & printing ticket
The final step to creating your ticket is adding your customer and printing. You may add as much information as you desire including tag #, VIN, mileage, etc. You may also add notes that will print directly on the ticket.
